Teaching Philosophy
My greatest joy in teaching comes from one-on-one and small group instruction, allowing me to deeply understand and address each student’s unique needs. My goal is to help every child find joy in learning, build resilience, and develop the confidence to tackle challenges. I believe learning should be relevant, engaging, and empowering, ensuring every child feels capable and inspired.
Education & Experience
My different careers over the years have reinforced the vital role of education, resilience, and a positive mindset in life. With a Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees, I know a solid foundation empowers you to achieve anything.
Personalized Approach
Through one-on-one and small group instruction, I create individualized learning experiences that meet each student exactly where they are and help them progress at their own pace.
When Not Teaching
I’m often exploring the outdoors with my husband, two kids, and our dog, enjoying camping and hiking throughout beautiful Southwest Colorado.
